1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Lisbon Influence Awards (LIA) 2027 website and participation in activities, applications, events and services associated with the Lisbon Influence Awards.
The Lisbon Influence Awards are organized by MakeByAgapi Lda, based in Portugal.
By accessing our website, submitting an application, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, participating in the Awards or using any service provided by the Lisbon Influence Awards, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or participate in the relevant services.

3. About the Lisbon Influence Awards
The Lisbon Influence Awards are an international awards platform celebrating excellence, creativity, innovation and impact across the creator economy, digital culture and related industries.
The Awards may include categories covering creators, influencers, filmmakers, streamers, beauty, fashion, food, sports, technology, lifestyle, comedy and other areas determined by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, add, remove or reorganize categories where reasonably necessary.
4. Eligibility
Participation in the Lisbon Influence Awards is subject to the eligibility requirements established for each edition and category.
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting their applications.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify information provided by applicants and to reject applications that:
Contain false or misleading information
Do not meet the eligibility requirements
Contain fraudulent or manipulated information
Violate applicable laws
Infringe third-party rights
Contain inappropriate or unlawful content
Are submitted after the applicable deadline
5. Applications
Applications must be submitted through the official application process specified by the Lisbon Influence Awards.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and complete.
Once submitted, an application may not be modified unless the Organizer expressly permits the applicant to do so.
The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documentation where necessary.
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection as a finalist or winner.
6. Evaluation and Jury
Applications may be evaluated by an independent international jury and/or an authorized evaluation panel.
Jury members may evaluate applications based on criteria established by the Lisbon Influence Awards, which may include:

Originality
Impact
Engagement
Innovation
Professionalism
Influence
Overall contribution to the relevant category
The evaluation process is conducted independently and according to the applicable judging guidelines.
Jury decisions are final, subject to applicable law.
The Organizer does not guarantee that individual jury scores or deliberations will be disclosed.
7. Conflict of Interest
Jury members and other individuals involved in the evaluation process may be required to declare any actual or potential conflict of interest.
Where appropriate, individuals with a conflict of interest may be excluded from evaluating the relevant application.
The Organizer is committed to maintaining an independent, fair and impartial Awards process.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of a finalist or winner before announcing or confirming an award.
9. Awards and Recognition
Being selected as a finalist or winner constitutes recognition within the Lisbon Influence Awards.
Awards, trophies, certificates or other forms of recognition may be subject to availability and the specific arrangements announced for the relevant edition.
The Organizer reserves the right to correct administrative or publication errors.
10. Event Participation
The Lisbon Influence Awards may include conferences, networking activities, ceremonies, red carpet events, dinners, receptions and other activities.
Event schedules, speakers, venues and program elements may be modified when necessary for operational, security, logistical or other legitimate reasons.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
11. Tickets and Registration
Where tickets are offered for sale, ticket purchases are subject to the terms applicable to the relevant event.

A ticket does not automatically guarantee access to every activity associated with the Lisbon Influence Awards unless expressly stated.
12. Payments

In exceptional circumstances, including circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control, an event may be postponed, relocated or cancelled.
Where an event is cancelled or significantly changed, the Organizer will communicate the applicable arrangements to registered participants.
15. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
Natural disasters
Epidemics or pandemics
Government restrictions
War
Terrorism
Civil unrest
Strikes
Major transportation disruptions
Power or telecommunications failures
Venue-related circumstances
Other unforeseeable events beyond reasonable control

All intellectual property relating to the Lisbon Influence Awards, including but not limited to:

Logos
Trademarks
Graphic designs
Website content
Texts
Images
Videos
Awards materials
Branding
Promotional materials
is owned by or licensed to MakeByAgapi Lda or its relevant partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.
17. Applicant Content
Applicants retain ownership of the original content they submit to the Lisbon Influence Awards.
By submitting content, applicants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the submitted materials for purposes reasonably related to:
Evaluating the application
Administering the Awards
Promoting the applicant
Promoting finalists and winners
Communicating about the Awards
Publishing Awards-related content
Applicants confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and authorize the uses described above.
18. Photography and Video

Events organized as part of the Lisbon Influence Awards may be photographed, filmed or recorded.
By attending an LIA event, participants acknowledge that they may appear incidentally or intentionally in photographs, videos or other recordings made for legitimate event, editorial, promotional or archival purposes, subject to applicable law.
Where specific consent is legally required, the Organizer will obtain such consent.
Participants who do not wish to be intentionally photographed or filmed should contact the Organizer in advance or follow any instructions provided at the event.
19. Code of Conduct
Participants, guests, speakers, partners, applicants and other attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
The Organizer may refuse admission to or remove any individual whose conduct:
Threatens the safety of others
Is abusive or discriminatory
Is disruptive
Is unlawful
Harasses another person
Damages property
Violates venue rules
Seriously interferes with the event
No refund is necessarily provided where removal results from a participant's misconduct, subject to applicable law.

The Organizer does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party services.
